Quick Book Update – No Anxiety Here!
My sweet hubby greeted me this morning with “If my calculations are correct, there are 107 days left until your book launch.” One hundred and seven days left to edit, proofread, revise, proofread, find a printer, edit, build my platform, revise, proofread, find answers to a million little questions, proofread, send book to the printers (and pray there are no more errors or typos) and organize a book launch! No problem! Its not like I wasn’t feeling anxious already about the looming deadline.
On the positive side, I just finished writing the last chapter of the book - approximately 51,000 words later. Woohoo! Although I’m still considering one more chapter, which is actually roughed out. I am simply not sure if it is too personal to put out there for the world to read. I am still stumped on how much is too personal.
As I ponder that some more, I will carry on with the editing, revising and proofreading. Did I mention I had some of that left to do? Is it too early for chocolate?!
